Ideally situated between Connaught Avenue and
Queens Road accesses, Beach Hut 395 is
convenient for shops, cafes, restaurants, ice creams
and both 20p and free loos.

The nearest water point is c40 metres and opposite a rough path
shortcut up to the Greensward and The Esplanade. Four steps are
involved from the promenade and three more to the hut itself.

Well maintained externally .

Internally the hut is equipped with Calor
gas two ring and grill cooker,
two kettles, frying and saucepans, and
plentiful supply of picnic ware plates, bowls, mugs glasses, and cutlery;

a portable table and chairs for use inside and out; washing up and
cleaning materials; a box of beach goodies containing buckets and
spades, cricket and rounders equipment.

Most seasons a pontoon is
moored within swimming distance of our length of dog-free beach
