This beach hut is on Frinton’s wide Promenade looking over the sea and beach. Perfectly placed for access to the Greensward – the open grassed space to the rear of the beach hut and a great spot for picnics, kite flying and family games such as rounders and cricket.

Very close to toilets; water taps (located on the sea wall); only approx 20 beach huts away from steps and slops up to Connaught Avenue being close to its shops and many eating places.
