Steps involved
This first-row beach hut sits in a raised position giving privacy from the promenade. It is located in the dog friendly beach area. It is set up 4-concrete steps that form part of the sea wall. Access to the beach hut is by a short flight of 3-wooden steps (see photos).

The beach hut is conveniently situated being 50m to the free toilets on the promenade at the start of The Leas. The nearest water tap is one beach hut away at the bottom of the slope from Pole Barn Lane. Nearby steps and slope to access the beach area.

Two glass doors divide the hut interior. The outside area provides a small area with box containing beach toys. The inside area has a table and 2 plastic chairs & two beach chairs. There is a table working area and kitchen worktop with cupboards underneath. The kitchen area has a 2-ring gas cooker on the kitchen work surface; with equipment provided incl. water storage bottles; crockery and utensils, and cleaning items.
