(Closest access footpath from The Esplanade is opposite Fourth Avenue, across the path on the Greensward)

No steps involved – ramp to beach approx 20m away
Located on the first row, level on the promenade, this traditional beach hut is set back from the Promenade. It has a small area outside the beach hut with a barrier that is wide enough to sit and sunbathe, and close to Frinton’s famous Greensward – the large open grassed area that is great for a family games of rounders or cricket and perfect for kite flying, while the dog-friendly beach is just a few steps away.

It is midway between two toilet facilities (500m each way) and 10 beach huts away from the nearest water tap.

The hut interior is divided in two by glazed doors. Equipment provided includes water storage bottles, some crockery, a plastic table and four chairs, and one plastic reclining chair; cleaning items. 2 ring hob and kettle. Gas also supplied. For the children there are body boards.
